- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase
- Supported by a complete unboxing video, recorded from the sealed package until the product is fully opened
Exchanges
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us at support@zivaahcollection.com or WhatApp - 8141553000 with the order ID and reason for exchange.
• Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the entire sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.
Each product before it is dispatched, goes with various stages of scrutinisation and quality checks which leads to extremely less or rather no chance of defect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
