RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

•⁠  ⁠We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return. Only exchanges are allowed.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
  1. Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  2. With original tags and packaging intact
  3. Accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Supported by a complete unboxing video, recorded from the sealed package until the product is fully opened
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@zivaahcollection.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8141553000 within the return window.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will share the return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
A ₹200 return handling charge will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
All returned or exchanged items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
Only one return or exchange request per order will be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us at support@zivaahcollection.com or WhatApp - 8141553000 with the order ID and reason for exchange.

Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.

Once the exchange request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner.
Reverse shipping charges will be borne by us.
All exchanged items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
After successful inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock or unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued. Store credit is valid for one-time use only and must be used within 30 days.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchange requests, once approved, cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the entire sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.

Each product before it is dispatched, goes with various stages of scrutinisation and quality checks which leads to extremely less or rather no chance of defect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
